Tina Sergi, MS, RD, CSCS, LD

Hi everyone! I’m Tina and I’m an Active-Duty Registered Dietitian and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Prior to going Active-Duty, I shared my passion for nutrition by working for wellness programs, eating disorder partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and long-term care facilities. My goal at Tina Sergi Nutrition is to help athletes (tactical, CrossFit, high school, etc.!) build sustainable nutrition habits to get stronger, perform better, and improve overall health.

  • National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • Dancer for 19 years and competed on the University of New Hampshire Dance Team

  • Aspiring world traveler (visited the Philippines, Spain, Italy, Costa Rica, Bermuda, and 17 states; lived in MA, NH, OK, CO, and MD)

What fuels my passion for nutrition?

  • Four years of weight fluctuations from improper fueling, overtraining, inconsistent habits, and obsession with food tracking
  • First hand experience with seeing how proper nutrition (or lack of) can improve (or hinder) performance and training
  • Developing an “all foods fit” mentality which improved my relationship with food
  • Drive to help others meet their health and performance goals
  • Continuously learning from research and those I work with
